Journeyman: I know the game well and have experience running it. I can command the table and ensure groups enjoy themselves, but I do not have any extra "Flair" that sets me apart from the crowd other than my personality.

Veteran: I am great at running games, and I have Flair that sets me apart from the crowd like maps and tokens.

Master: I am an expert on the game, its rules, and have plenty of "flair" to set me apart from the crowds such as 3d minis, and maps.

Guru: This is no longer a hobby, it is my life. not only is my "Flair" unrivaled, and none can challenge me on the rules, I have also made it my own and can run private games on a whim, or run epic adventures for hire.
